FSI is a provider of Gurkha based manpower solutions. As a result of our long standing and deep connections with the Gurkhas, the welfare of the men is our primary concern. Each of the men we deploy is vetted by a member of our senior management team to ensure that he is a genuine ex Gurkha soldier and is fit for the job. FSI also supplies ex Gurkhas to help train the British Army prior to their deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
